I never watched too much on Lifetime before Blood Ties.  I’m upset with how they have handled the show from the get go, but it is what it is, and I won’t bad mouth them much either even if they were to take the episodes off their site.  However I won’t support them either.  I’m not saying I won’t ever watch the network again, but it would have to be something extremely appealing to me.

I've only watched two things on LT since they yanked BT, and both shows were Dylan's. I would do the same for Christina and Kyle, but that's about it.

lol. Julie I think we all understand how you feel today!
I don't even get lifetime so their programming never really influenced my choices, but I emailed them like a crazy person all the same to keep Blood Ties on the air. It's just really frustrating when they say one thing and then do the opposite.
But at least they told us right? now we can concentrate on networks that might be more interested in Blood Ties!
I'm usually not such an optimistic person, but I guess I just refuse to roll over and die just cause lifetime's not on board anymore. They're not the be all and end all right?

I don't have cable at all, which is why I was so late to find Blood Ties.  But I would have signed up if Lifetime had brought back new Blood Ties episodes.
So whoever picks up Blood Ties may get my business.
I think we're all in a bad mood today, Julie!  Feel better soon Smiley

Xandria, how true. They aren't the be all and end all.  We have lots left to do ! Wink

As long as I haven't heard the words 'canceled' from Kaleidoscope I'm not giving up hope.

What frosts me is if they were going to cancel it at Lifetime, why did they wait ALL THIS TIME before making a decision?  Someone else could have picked it up and already had it in production for next season if they hadn't dragged their feet.  I agree, it may be a blessing in disguise.  Lifetime never gave Blood Ties the attention, advertising, and respect it deserves.  Maybe now someone will take it on, promote it and really appreciate it for the phenominal show it is!  I've already sent out my emails and will continue to do so.  We're in it to win it!  No retreat, not surrender!

This isn't even a glitch for most of us i'm sure.
I was under the impression that Lifetime were out of the game months ago, it just took them this long to admit it..
We all know that the producers of the Show have been shopping it around for a while and that others may be interested..
So Lifetime... who cares  Tongue

For all we know, the problem is still finding the money-backer. You can't produce a show if you don't have the money to pay for it. Then too, maybe they don't have the network to air it. Something has to be going on. No one's talking. That's what so frustrating.

The most important thing to remember is that no one will produce a show unless they know that there is interest and it will be a revenue producer.  With that being said, we need to stay focused on keeping Blood Ties in the spotlight and in the front of their minds with a hard push.  Every network wants the next big thing and this show could be that for F/X or Sci-Fi.  They just need to see it in our determination  and support.  I feel confident that we can get their attention and have our show back into production.

Let's be optimistic.  It ain't over until it's over.

BT's fans are the most optimistic and determined i have ever had the pleasure to know and be a part of..
The PTB should also know that by now!

Can't keep us down..nope can't be done!

Hey ladies,

If you've got a generic e-mail address hit up CTV in Canada.  It can't hurt.  Just don't tell them you're not Canadian.

Here is thing about lifetime if they don't get the ratings they wan 't the first
or second time around they will kick it off the the big network and put the
reruns on a smaller network like LRW they don't like slow ratings or bad
publicity.I've seen what they did with Any day now and 1800 missing they
put it on LRW and reran it to death. I didn't know it was on until my mom told
me she has the LRW station. We just need to keep hope alive and work hard
to keep our show from being a rerun on LRW it is already there so lets get it
out of there grips and on another network.
